Christian “Bloodshy” Karlsson is an award-winning songwriter, producer and artist who has collaborated with Pop music’s most successful artists including Madonna, Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue, Jennifer Lopez and Kelis. As one of the world’s most sought after hit-makers, Bloodshy’s astonishing list of credits includes co-writing and producing Britney Spears’ “Toxic.” The worldwide multi-platinum hit earned him a Grammy in 2005 for “Best Dance Recording” as well as the United Kingdom's Ivor Novello award. Not content at simply making smash hits for Pop icons, Bloodshy formed the wildly successful Electronic Indie band Miike Snow, whose eponymous debut album in 2009 grew from an underground hit to one that was included on nearly every major publication’s “Best Of “ list. Cementing the band as an indie force, Miike Snow’s sophomore album “Happy To You” debuted in the top 10 on the US album sales  chart. Bloodshy’s insistence at further pushing the boundaries led to the creation of the genre bending Electronic duo Galantis. Fusing elements of House, Soul, Pop, and Indie, Galantis debuted at 2014’s Coachella Festival to a packed tent of 10,000 rabid fans. Their infectious songs including “Runaway (U & I),” “Smile,” and “You” have already become festival mainstays, iTunes chart toppers, and viral sensations

Hal Ketchum Gets Standing "O" at Dosey Doe

FEBRUARY 21, 2014---Though it was a BIG town on a Friday night, Hal gave his fans at Dosey Doe a "small town" feeling with his close and intimate story-telling, singing and guitar-picking.  The 60 year-old singer/songwriter performed many of his beloved songs including, "Small Town Saturday Night,"  "I Know Where Love Lives," and "I Miss My Mary."  His vocals have emerged unscathed by his recent battle with a neuromusclar ailment.  Fans at Dosey Doe stored up their kudos, giving him a 5 minute standing ovation.  He finished off the evening with his new single, "Father's Day."
