We've all caught ourselves mumbling those hypnotic words; "slow ride, take it easy...slow ride, take it easy"---and then mouthing those raucous guitar riffs, indelibly etched in our memory from years past. Foghat: the quintessential quartet epitomizing the 70's era of sex, drugs and rock-n-roll, put on a show last night that was anything BUT a slow ride.  The 90-minute parade of tunes they performed on the Frontier stage at the California Mid State Fair in Paso Robles, seemed like just a tease...and a good one at that!
